My love for cycling started at age 4 after my first ever MTB race in Mexico, where I discovered that I enjoyed the adrenaline rush that comes with sprinting by making the biggest effort to not come last. After a long hiatus and trying many different sports along the way, the spark was reignited by being introduced to crit racing in college (shout out to all the TTU homies) from there my bike became not just a simple commuter that occasionally could be used to have fun but my happy place. Love to travel to new places where I can ride, bomb any fun looking decent or, even better, race my bike. I also indulge in the unhealthy world of being a weight weenie and neerding over every gram of every component in every bike.
My main focus remains in road, crits, and track. While enjoying all the fun that gravel and CX can bring, specifically the beers.
